NARRATOR (off): So far, St Joseph’s have won
two of their two games.

NARRATOR: (CONT’D) But a win today can take
them to near the top of the table in the Central Midlands Division 1 North.

JOSEPH’S there’s been a change? Why them?

NARRATOR: However, there is an inflation in
teams struggling. Many reasons cause relegation for different teams within the
football league.
NARRATOR (CONT’D): Bury Football Club,
founded in 1885, as of the 27th August 2019 they have been expelled
from the football league, due to unpaid debts and poor ownership from Steve
Dale.
Bury had only just been promoted to League
One, as of the 2018-19 season, where they finished second to earn a spot in
league One for the 2019-20 season.

At the same time Bolton went through
potential expulsion in league one, however they managed a takeover which saved
them in the last hours.
This is what ST JOSEPH’S must avoid.

NARRATOR (off): In the past few years there
has been a raise with Non-league teams, semi pro teams. SALFORD CITY F.C. are
the example of this.

NARRATOR (CONT’D): SALFORD CITY have been on
the rise since they were taken over in 2014 by the Class of ’92, Phil Neville,
Gary, Nicky Butt, Paul Scholes, Ryan Giggs and David Beckham.

throughout as NARRATOR SPEAKS)
NARRATOR (CONT’D): In 2014 when Salford were
taken over, they played in the Northern Premier League Division One North,
where they were promoted in the 2014-15 season.

Then in the 2015-2016 season, they were
promoted from the Northern Premier League to the National League North. Which
they again won promotion from in 2017-18 season.

It was the 2018-19 season saw them become a
professional football team as via the play-offs they were promoted to the
English Football League, where they joined the EFL League Two.
